CASA BOOST is an official HYROX Affiliated Training Club. Conditioning built around the race, coached in Geneva, open to people who will never race and to people who already have a time to beat.
HYROX is eight kilometres of running broken up by eight workout stations. What it really tests is whether you can keep working when you are already tired — which is a trainable quality, and the one this room trains.

HYROX Conditioning adapts the race into a coached session: running broken up by work stations, the same movement patterns, trained in the order that matters. It is not a replica of race day — it is a rehearsal of what race day asks of you, so the effort is familiar long before you meet it.
Come anyway. It is conditioning first and a race format second — the fitness transfers to everything, whether or not you ever pin a number on.
Train the movement patterns here, in sequence, under fatigue, with a coach watching your form while it gets harder.
Bring it. The point of a benchmark is to have something to move.
Before a first session it helps to know what the race is actually made of. What HYROX actually asks of you: the race format explained covers the eight stations and the part nobody warns you about. And if you have a number for October, HYROX Geneva 2026: how to prepare for Palexpo is the practical half: the loads, the pacing, and what to do in race week.
