Everything about your CASA BOOST experience

1. Are there free trial classes?

No. You need to have a valid package to book your class.

2. Can my insurance cover my classes?

Yes. We are certified by Qualitop, which allows for reimbursement if your policy includes this coverage.

3. Are all classes suitable for all levels?

Yes. In all our classes, we provide variations for the required exercises. It is the client’s responsibility to know their health status before committing to a class.

4. Are all classes held in the same location?

No. We have two studios: one in Plainpalais, dedicated exclusively to Boost Fitness, and another in Eaux-Vives, which features two rooms: ReBoost and Inspire. Additionally, Casa Boost Eaux-Vives houses The Well Lab.

5. Can I use my package to attend classes at both studios?

Yes, with a valid package, you can attend any class at either studio.

6. What are FLEX Packages?

Flex means you pay monthly instead of paying in full upfront.

7. Can I use my package to invite a friend?

Yes, with the 5, 10, or 15-class packages. You simply need to make a double or triple booking for the class you want to attend. To make it valid, you must also attend the class at the same time. Unlimited packages cannot be shared.

8. My package (1 – 5 – 10 – 15 classes) has expired, but I still have remaining classes. Can I recover them?

Yes. Each class has an extension fee of 10 CHF during the first month after the expiration date, and 15 CHF after the first month. The cost is per class.

9. What if I have a medical emergency that restricts me from utilizing my membership?

Medical freezes will be allowed with proper doctor documentation that outlines the recovery timeline.

10. Is there a discount for students or unemployed individuals?

No. We encourage you to choose the package that best suits your budget.

11. Do you have lockers and showers?

Yes! We have men’s and women’s changing rooms equipped with lockers (set your own code), showers, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryers, and other amenities. All included with your booking.
